Acceptable use policy

1. The main rule

Use the platform lawfully and fairly toward the people who will see your content and message your AI sales agent. You are responsible for the content you create, upload and publish. We do not review every request and result in advance.

2. Avatars, voices and characters

• Create an avatar and voice clone only from your own appearance and voice, or with the consent of the person they depict. Consent to cloning is given in the workspace when you upload a photo and a voice recording.
• If you upload someone else's photo or voice without consent, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for the consequences.
• Do not pass a character off as a real person where this misleads people, and do not create deepfakes to deceive people.
• Add a "made with AI" label where the social network or the law requires it. Agentix adds it automatically where the network supports it.

3. Claims and advertising

• Do not promise guaranteed income, cures, results or payouts. Social platforms prohibit medical claims and income claims and may block accounts for them.
• Texts on the platform are checked for claims that social networks prohibit, but you are ultimately responsible for what you publish.
• In a network business, follow your company's rules on product advertising and income claims. Actions that affect the whole network at once are confirmed by the network leader.

4. Messaging and broadcasts

• Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, and do not circumvent social platforms' limits on broadcasts and direct messages.
• The AI sales agent replies on behalf of your business. Set its rules and decide when it hands the conversation to a person, for example when the knowledge base has no answer.

5. Always prohibited

• Breaking the law, violating sanctions or infringing other people's rights: copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, personal data.
• Fraud, phishing, forged documents and identities, fake websites.
• Malware, hacking, password guessing, bypassing security and probing for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Knowingly false information and unlawful manipulation of public opinion.
• Child sexual abuse material and exploitation of minors, terrorism and its promotion, instructions for serious crimes and other content prohibited by law.

6. Personal data

Upload personal data only with a legal basis and only as much as needed. Do not upload special categories of data (health, beliefs, origin and others) unless the law allows it.

7. Your workspace

Do not share or sell access to your workspace, do not let several independent people or companies use one workspace, and do not resell access to the platform as a service without a separate agreement with us.

8. What we do about breaches

We may, without notice, limit features, suspend access, block a workspace, remove unlawful content or end the agreement for a material breach. Special conditions apply to consumers under the subscription terms.
