Terms of use

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

The agentix.expert website and the Agentix platform are provided by «ԱԳԵՆՏԻՔՍ» ՍՊԸ (AGENTIX LLC), a company registered in the Republic of Armenia ("we"). "You" means any visitor to the website and any user of an Agentix workspace.

These terms apply when you open the website, sign up or use your workspace. Payment, plans and credits are covered by the subscription terms, data handling by the privacy policy and prohibited uses by the acceptable use policy. Those documents apply together with these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or the workspace.

2. Definitions

• Platform: the Agentix software available online: knowledge base, sales funnels, content plans, studio, auto-posting, AI sales agents, CRM, analytics and other tools.
• Workspace: the account you use to work on the platform.
• Avatar: a profile that content is published under, with a face, voice, language and connected social accounts. It can be a real person, you or a fictional character.
• Content: texts, images, videos, audio and other materials you upload or create on the platform.
• Credits: the internal unit used to pay for AI work, such as generation, content plans and AI sales agent replies.

3. Your workspace and access

• To use the platform, sign up and provide accurate details. You must be at least 16. A company workspace is registered by a person authorized to do so.
• One workspace is for one user. Do not share your login, password, verification codes, API keys or tokens, and do not sell or rent access. For a team, use the seats and permissions your plan includes.
• Anything done from your workspace is treated as done by you until you tell us that you have lost access. If you suspect someone else has logged in, write to hello@agentix.expert right away.

4. Connected social accounts and services

• Social accounts are connected through each social platform's official authorization. We do not ask for or store your social media passwords.
• When you publish through Agentix, you follow each social platform's rules on advertising, "made with AI" labels, mass messaging and direct messages. Social platforms prohibit, for example, medical claims and income claims.
• Social platforms, AI providers, payment systems and hosting providers work under their own rules. If a social platform changes its rules, limits access or removes a feature, what Agentix can do there may change. We are not responsible if a social platform restricts or blocks your account because of what you published.

5. Your content and your rights

• You keep the rights to the content you upload. You give us a non-exclusive right to store, process, reproduce and transfer it only as needed to run the platform: creating content, publishing, AI sales agent replies, backups and security.
• You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload: photos, voices, texts, music and trademarks. An avatar or voice clone of another person is created only with that person's consent.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated platform statistics that cannot identify you or your customers to improve the platform.
• If you send us ideas or suggestions about the platform, we may use them without separate compensation.

6. The platform and our rights

• The platform, its software, algorithms, interface, templates, the Agentix trademark and logo belong to us or are used by us lawfully. You get the right to use the platform within your plan, not rights in the platform itself.
• Do not copy the platform, reverse engineer its code, bypass technical limits, scrape platform data without our permission or use the platform to build a competing product.
• We keep developing the platform: we add and change features, the interface, AI models and providers. We may replace a model or provider with a comparable one as long as the platform's core capabilities remain.

7. AI output

• Texts, images, videos, AI sales agent replies and analytics advice are produced by AI models. They may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information.
• Check the output before you publish or use it. You decide on posts, prices, promises to customers and deals.
• Agentix does not promise views, inquiries, sales or income. Results depend on your product, audience, funnel and work.

8. Prohibited use

Follow the acceptable use policy when you use the website and the platform. In short: do not break the law, violate other people's rights, mislead people, create deepfakes without consent, send spam, promise income or distribute prohibited content.

9. Limitation of liability

• The website and the platform are provided as is and as available. We work to keep the platform running without interruptions, and our targets are set out in the service levels document, but we do not guarantee that there will be no outages.
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost income, loss of customers or reputation, for decisions based on AI output, or for the operation of social platforms and third-party services.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us under the subscription terms. This limit does not apply where the law of the Republic of Armenia prohibits it, including intentional breach and, for consumers, harm to life and health.
• If third parties bring claims against us because you breached these terms or the law, you reimburse our documented costs.

10. Suspension

• We may limit or suspend access, block a workspace or remove material if you breach these terms, the acceptable use policy or the law, share access with others, or threaten the security of the platform and other users.
• If you use the platform for personal rather than business purposes, we will, where possible, tell you about the breach first and give you time to fix it.
• You can stop using the platform at any time. How to cancel a subscription and get a refund is described in the cancellation and refund policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date and takes effect when published unless it states otherwise. If you keep using the website or the platform after a change, you accept the new version. Changes that significantly worsen a consumer's position apply only to relationships that start after they take effect.

12. Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia.
• Before going to court, send us a written claim at hello@agentix.expert. We reply within 30 calendar days.
• If we cannot resolve the dispute, it goes to the competent court of the Republic of Armenia at the company's registered address, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
• If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
